We think the standard foot gear-shifter is too petite, too short and too thin in a diameter. You look for it again and again, but sometimes you hit it imprecisely and sadly your boot toe slipping is a given.

Our aluminium, cylindrical gear-shift extension, which is a whole 20 mm longer than the original, is very easily pushed over the standard lever and is firmly clamped in place. This change not only makes switching gears noticeably easier, but more comfortable too. This means added operating reliability, especially in situations where it’s key.

The moderate knurling around the circumference, combined with the larger diameter, protects motorcycle boots and noticeably improves grip during the shifting process.
