Ilmberger Wheel Cover Kit

The wheel covers enhance the motorcycle's aerodynamics. The airflow at the front wheel becomes less turbulent, allowing it to flow more smoothly to the parts behind it. This not only reduces air resistance but also improves, for example, the cooling of the radiator.

The Wheel Cover Kit includes one wheel cover per side, as well as the required brackets. Installation requires the removal of the front wheel.

For an optimal experience, we recommend the additional installation of the carbon front fender (#36222-020).

Ilmberger uses high-quality pre-impregnated carbon fiber matrices for their carbon components. The fiber volume is dimensioned, and the orientation of the individual fiber layers is defined. Then, the matrix is hand-laminated without bubbles and coated twice with a protective layer. The additional clear coat both protects and accentuates the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure. After curing in an autoclave, the carbon components meet the highest standards and withstand the most demanding conditions.

The aerospace-grade material achieves up to a 70% reduction in weight compared to the stock part and fully exploits its specific stiffness. The form always follows function and seamlessly integrates into the motorcycle's design. This takes into account the lines of the respective machine, as well as the material and surface texture of adjacent stock components.
