Prepreg, a pre-impregnated carbon fibre fabric, is characterised by uniform resin distribution and a high fibre volume content. This results in maximum strength and increases the flexibility of the components. Through autoclave processing, a high-pressure oven that operates under controlled temperature and pressure conditions, perfect and uniform curing and a flawless surface are ensured. This method prevents air inclusions in the material and guarantees consistently high quality of the parts.
