The rear mudguard for the BMW R 1300 GS (Adventure) is a unique product on the market.

It was completely developed by Ilmberger and features an innovative, patented fastening system. The carbon part gives your motorcycle a distinctive look, setting it apart from the crowd. The innovative BDC material used here provides the component with a completely new and individual touch. The final clear coat layer comes in a satin matte version, which further enhances the visual highlights of the material.

The surface of the BDC part is unique for every piece and resembles marble. The BDC is also laminated by hand at Ilmberger, cured in multiple stages in an autoclave, and impresses not only with its striking appearance but also with its technical properties. The various fibres diffuse the incoming light, creating an unprecedented reflection.

To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unparalleled depth effect, showcasing the high quality of the material to maximum effect.
