This carbon part replaces the original component using the existing mounting points.

Ilmberger uses premium pre-impregnated carbon fibre matrices. The fibre volume is optimised and each fibre layer is carefully oriented. The matrix is hand-laminated bubble-free and finished with two layers of protective coating. An additional clear lacquer highlights and protects the three-dimensional structure of the carbon. After curing in the autoclave, the carbon components meet the highest performance and quality demands.

This aerospace-grade material delivers up to 70% weight savings over OEM parts, while offering excellent stiffness-to-weight performance. Form follows function, integrating perfectly with the bike’s design and harmonising with nearby OEM materials and textures.
