Explanatory Note

In the BMW C 400 GT scooter, the space in the cockpit area is very tight. This restricts the adjustment functions of the Wunderlich navigation mount #21176-302 for the universal device holder #21176-002 (12 mm round tube).

Full functionality with navigation or smartphone is only possible if the scooter’s cockpit trim is modified (cut out) accordingly.

There are two options

1. Option 1 – DIY Modification of the Cockpit Trim

We supply a template with the navigation mount that enables users to modify the cockpit trim themselves.

2. Option 2 – Use of the Pre-Modified Original Cockpit Trim by Wunderlich #21176-702

We offer the pre-modified original cockpit trim shown here for installation of the navigation mount, which simply replaces the unmodified original trim on the scooter. This ensures that reverting to the original condition is always possible.
