Optionally available: Coded locks that can be locked with the vehicle key
With the coded locks, the luggage system can be conveniently locked with the vehicle key. Since vehicle keys cannot be exchanged, we offer security lock cylinders that can be individually coded to the vehicle key and then installed. Coding instructions are included, as coding must be carried out with the original key. This eliminates the often annoying need to carry additional keys. Please order separately: #30164-100.

Innovative Vario case set that impresses with high-quality design and flexibility. A highlight are the carbon-look side panels, which radiate a high-quality yet technical appearance. The volume can be increased by an impressive 50% thanks to the integrated extension.

To achieve this, the cases can each be extended by 70 millimetres and adapted to the individual requirements. The Vario cases are thus the most compact motorcycle cases that can accommodate a modular helmet when the extension is used.

The Vario cases therefore always offer sufficient flexibility when additional storage space is required. If not, the motorcycle’s width is reduced. This proves advantageous in urban areas with heavy traffic. The risk of snagging the cases when parking, in traffic jams or on a ferry is reduced. Handling becomes noticeably more agile thanks to the improved centre of gravity, compared with riding with cases of the same size without extension. The effects of wind resistance are also reduced.

The cases are compatible with our X-RACK light as well as X-RACK light DirectLock case carriers. For mounting on our X-Rack case carriers, the adapter #30187-002 is additionally required.

The carbon-look side panels with Wunderlich brand logo are attractively and high-quality designed and are a real eye-catcher. The frames of the cases are waterproof, so the lids close watertight.

Each case is equipped with two inner nets that secure the luggage and separate it if necessary. This creates order and clarity in the case and also allows the storage of small travel items or documents.

The innovative Smart Lock locking system of the Vario cases offers maximum safety and maximum comfort. The cases can be opened, closed and mounted or removed from the motorcycle in seconds. In addition, the Vario cases can be conveniently carried with the integrated fold-out handles.

The scope of delivery includes two identical locks. Optionally, a lock set is available that can be coded to your BMW vehicle key (#30164-200).
