This product was developed exclusively for the BMW R 1200 GS LC & ADV and is based on years of experience with the BMW GS series and its boxer engines. A twin-flow silencer made of lightweight titanium and a handcrafted carbon end cap ensures a 10.7% weight saving compared to the standard equipment.

The silencer was designed to improve performance and sound attenuation, reduce environmental impact, and provide a deep, rich sound. A specially contoured surface ensures additional strength and durability.

Power and torque increase by 1.3 kW (1.8 hp) at 5,250 rpm and 2.2 Nm at 4,800 rpm. These values were measured on the Akrapovic test bench compared to a BMW R 1200 GS LC & ADV with standard exhaust. The system is EC/ECE approved, and thanks to the plug-and-play installation, no remapping is required.

After installation, the system is fully compatible with BMW Motorrad panniers.
